Portrait of Édouard de Boysson

Approach

The works gathered on Logimind result from reading, cross-referencing and synthesis carried out from university library collections. The method is documentary: comparing sources, restoring corpora, identifying invariants and blind spots. The approach is systemic: considering each concept within its network of dependencies rather than in isolation.

No personal clinical position is defended: the object is the state of published knowledge, its internal coherence and its areas of controversy.

Fields

The available works cover two complementary fields:

  • Psychotherapies — mapping of the schools, their theoretical foundations and their clinical devices. Historical and critical perspective.
  • Cognitive science — synthesis of the contributions from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, linguistics and philosophy of mind, insofar as they illuminate supportive practices.

The articulation of the two fields is the thread of the bibliography: what cognitive science brings to the clinic, and what the clinic tests in cognitive science.

Editorial format

Each work is referenced with its own ISBN and published in four independent formats: PDF, paperback, hardcover, Kindle. Physical books are printed on demand.

The full catalogue is available on the home page. The Journal articles occasionally revisit elements of the works as excerpts or clarifications.
