Portrait of Édouard de Boysson

Method

The works gathered on Logimind are the fruit of a labour of reading, cross-referencing and synthesis, conducted from the holdings of university libraries. The method is documentary: to confront sources, to restore corpora, to identify invariants and blind spots. The approach is systemic: to consider each concept within its network of dependencies, not in isolation.

No personal clinical position is defended: the object is the state of published knowledge, its internal coherence and its fields of controversy.

Fields

The available works cover two complementary fields:

  • Psychotherapies — a mapping of currents, their theoretical foundations and their clinical protocols. Historical and critical framing.
  • Cognitive sciences — a synthesis of contributions from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, linguistics and philosophy of mind, insofar as they illuminate the practices of care.

The connection between the two fields is the thread running through the bibliography: what cognitive sciences contribute to clinical practice and what clinical practice puts to the test in the cognitive sciences.

Editorial format

Each work is registered with its own ISBN and appears in four independent formats: PDF, Paperback, Hardcover, Kindle. Printed books are produced on-demand.

The full catalogue may be consulted on the home page. The contributions of the journal (in French) occasionally take up elements of the works in the form of excerpts or clarifications.
