Spiritual Hypnosis (expanded states of consciousness, awakening to the Self)

FR
HS

An existential offshoot of Humanistic Hypnosis, Spiritual Hypnosis works in augmented consciousness (the subject remains lucid, one rises in consciousness rather than descending into trance) around an intention reformulated in an existential register. It targets not symptoms but questions of meaning: complicated grief, existential transitions, the search for meaning, emerging spirituality, end-of-life support. Its main protocols are the inner journey, the dialogue with the Inner Guide, the Connection to the Whole and the symbolic dialogue with a departed person. The author stresses the philosophical neutrality (the Self remains freely interpretable), the reversibility and the absence of scientific validation of the contents produced, which act through symbolic integration.
