Sound Healing, Soundbath and Tibetan Singing Bowls

FR
SH

Sound Healing uses immersion in a vibratory field produced by long-resonance instruments (Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks). It positions itself within the field of complementary approaches to psychophysiological regulation, without claiming the status of a specific treatment for a pathology. Its principles blend elements documented in psychoacoustics (resonance of soft tissues, bone conduction) with unconsolidated hypotheses. Frequent indications: mild to moderate anxiety disorders, non-severe sleep disorders, chronic stress, chronic pain with a tension component, palliative and oncological care.
