Developed by Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg, this brief approach focuses on solutions rather than problems. It starts from the premise that the client already possesses the necessary resources and helps them, through collaborative work, to envision a future in which the problem no longer exists. It is indicated in particular for depression and anxiety.
