Developed by Bruce Ecker and Laurel Hulley, Coherence Therapy draws on memory reconsolidation: a reactivated memory trace becomes labile and modifiable again. It brings to light the hidden emotional coherence underlying a symptom in order to transform it. Indications: anxiety disorders, depression, repetitive relational patterns and disorders with an emotional component.
