CBT

A form of psychotherapy born from the merging of behavioral and cognitive therapies, CBT modifies dysfunctional thought patterns and problematic behaviors. Present-oriented and grounded in learning, it starts from the premise that learned thoughts and behaviors can be unlearned. Its main indications are anxiety disorders, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
