Gerda Alexander Eutony
FR
EGA
Eutony is not, strictly speaking, a psychotherapy but a somatic education acting on tonus, the baseline state of muscular tension. Its cardinal principle is the right tonus: not to relax uniformly, but to readjust the tonic mapping according to the task. It aims to establish an adaptable, available and economical tonic balance.
